try to start the day with "thank you"! when you get up in the morning, if you have a negative tape in your head like, oh i have to go to work, or oh it is raining, or oh my back hurts, or oh whatever...   replace the thought with a "thank you...---try it! be thankful for what you have-- then you bring more of it to you!
